Fitness Fun - January 27
Everyone has such awesome exercise!! I'm still trying to heal my back but slowly doing more and more.
Last night - Pilates Class
Today - Yoga class, then a 3+ mile walk around the lake
This was the first Yoga class in a series of 8. Between that and pilates I need to go do a good 30 minute stretching session.
