WTH is going on???????????????????????????
I had to have emergency root canal and they had to drain an abcess. I have stitches in my gum in the front. I was in so much pain I cried myself to sleep. Liquid Tylenol 3 AND liquid Hydrocodone did NOTHING!!!!!!!
My nephew relapsed AGAIN for the 4th time, smashed his head against a wall, refuses to take his meds for bipolar depression.
My mother is STILL in her pajamas and totally unmotivated . . .
I mean seriously-- This year SUCKS so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why everything has to happen at the same time. When you're in the middle of it, it feels like it's always going to be that way, but those clouds eventually lift.
I remember a few years ago my MIL, FIL, and mother were all in the hospital on the same day; and of course, they were all in different hospitals. That's the way life goes.

Wow, you have had a rough start to the new year. It has to be hard to deal with all of the other stressors when you are in pain. Maybe your dentist can prescribe something with a little more kick?
I have a close relationship with a person who is bipolar. It was so scary when he used to lose it. I don't know if this is comforting but as that person matured, he began to own the management of his condition. I am so impressed with him.
As to your mom, have you spoken with the doctor about her blues?
