Hey ... Half-marathon ... Cool goal and accomplishment. What's next on your to do list?
I've used running in the past to help lose/maintain weight loss., so very appreciative of what it takes to do a half marathon. I started the Couch to 5K this week. I ran a marathon in 1999 at about 185-190 lbs ... I'd love to run to run one (or at least a half) at 140.
I have another key one. I didn't learn this one until quite some time into my journey and it's made a world of difference for me:
Don't compare my journey/success to anyone else. I had to learn that we're all different and all get different results, even from doing the same thing.
