Finally talked to the office about my labs, overall everything they took looked pretty good except my  B12 was too high 2000
Iron had 3 different numbers first was 347
Sat 18% and syr 61. Not worried about that at all.

My Vit D however was 24.6
Leading us to believe we now know why I am so flippin tired. He wants me to increase it and come back in 3 months.

My Vitamin D went up when I started taking Costco Vitamin D.  But when I saw the big jump from the 50's to the 80's was after I started taking the Vitalady Dry D.  I've been slacking off a little on it the last couple of months so I'll be curious to see where I'm at doing my 1 year labs in a couple of weeks.

You can get your levels up there pretty quickly.  I'll be curious to see if you're less tired.

80 is PERFECT! Put it back! It's ideal, you get all the purported benefits at that level, cardiac, anti-oxidant (cancer shield), brain, mood, bones, teeth.....

My last was 141, which is high by one lab's stds, but not by another. Iim not changing anything, because the test befoe that was 78 and I didn't change anything,. Quite a swing, But I don't want it below 70. My personal goal is 70-120, since I can't seem to nail it much tighter.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

Will do Michelle,

I liked seeing that 86 on my last test.  Just goes to prove that using your products works!!  I'll put in another order.

I am curious to see how fast they will raise too. I was severely deficient before surgery and now it is worse. I am definately going to work on it hard.

I was in the 20's before surgery and when I added the 50,000u 3x from Vitalady, mine went up to 100 in no time, which freeked my PCP out.  I'm doing them 2x a week now.  I really think there was a major corrilation to my feeling good and the D lever getting up.

These are the ones I take.  I would start at 1 a day for at least a month and then recheck.  These helped me get my D from about 7 to 72 on my last labs.  It went from 42 to 72 in 3 months.

Stacey, I take the sublingual 10,000.  They're tiny and disolve in a minute.  While the $19.95 might sound high, it's sooo worth it.
