Ok, Im going to try this again. I think I posted today's stats on yesterday's MM posting lol.
Congrats on the new grandbaby Roz!! Little girls are so much fun.  OK, this is my first MM posting so here goes (not really on a Breakfast Lunch Dinner schedule yet)

Protein shake (Roadside Lemonade w/ Crystal Lite and fiber) 2scoops: 46g (done)

3 mini pretzels left over from my daughters' lunch lol (done)
and 2 1/2oz of natural applesauce

1st round of vitamins (done)

Hola Roz!! Here's the plan for today -- a little high in carbs so far, so no more carbs for me tonight.

Hi Roz!  Not hungry today...  I think the fluids they pumped in me is finally out... I'm scared to death to get on the scale.  At BF's so it will be Friday before I do.... Oh - he's taking very good care of me.

Not much new here...got more snow,nearly unheard of to get this much snow in on winter in middle Tn, we have had over 9" in 2011! We don't usually get 9" in a whole winter...
