Hello to all of my Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!
Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

Morning Roz; I was thinking about your new DGD and how wonderful new babies smell (well most of the time). Hope everyone is doing great.
Still don't feel like eating, but am sticking to my schedule of 3 meals a day. Not sure if it is that I am having some real food (albeit soft) or that it really is a chore to eat, so easier to not do it.....I am not complaining one little bit, just trying to figure it out. So much better than before surgery.
I remember you saying that you had to remind yourself to eat early out. I am not losing weight any faster, same rate, so I will just go with it. I am losing about 1.5 kgs a week. I so wish that would stay!
B- protein shake (30 g)
L - oatmeal with protein powder (30 g)
D-poached salmon (20 g) and cauliflower
S-1/2 protein bar (14 g)
Snowing again here, no surprise there, so will shovel my way to the chicken coop!
vitamins done
2 litres of crystal lite

Good to hear the family is doing good! Are sugar alcohols in protein bars counted as carbs? I'm a little confused about it! Anyways, going for a 3 mile run shortly here and then i'll be doing homework all day...
