Good Morning. It's tough to stay on track when you're busy
The hardest part of traveling for me is keeping my fluids up. I buy water once I clear security at the airport. I work very hard to have a bottle with me at all times.
I accept the fact that I may not be eating perfectly. I may have more carbs than I want to. I still stay away from sugar. Who wants to dump while traveling? I try to eat my protein, but I bring powder as a back-up in case I can't.
I was on trip where we had wonderful lean chicken breast for lunch. Great protein only my pouch hates chicken and I got sick. I was counting my blessings that I had a protein shake for the evening meal. My protein shakes (Syntrax Nectar) work well with my tummy.
I bring my protein. I use plastic containers designed for baby formula. They have 3 separate sections and a serving of my protein powder is a perfect fit. I keep one in my purse and pack others in my luggage depending on the length of the trip. I wasn't very good with baggies. I tend to get powder everywhere.
I eat Wendy's chili fairly often when I'm traveling. There is one in the Atlanta Airport. I've been known to bring on the plane.

I travel for work, to and from every week and it's been difficult but not as bad as I thought.
For my protein I get the snack size ziplock bags, then wrap them and place a piece of tape on em, I do the same with my Benefiber and I have Miralax that comes in nice little packets. Just throw in my Blender Bottle and I'm good for the week.
I also throw one in my purse for on the plane in case they don't have good options for food. I was kinda suprised that no TSA agent gives my purse a second glance when seeing a white powder in a ziplock bag, hahaha. They really do not give a crap, ha.
Airports are definitely not desirable places to find decent food but unless you are stuck there for quite awhile you don't need to worry about it too much. There's usually a Starbucks that has smoothies with whey protein in them, or snack stands with those Naked juices, water, protein bars. If you want something more meal like there's usually some kind of resturant that has soup or chicken. Also you can pack anything in your purse or carry on that is not liquid this includes fruits and vegtables.
The hardest for me is water, when I get busy I just forget. Upon landing I always get a gallon of water before I go to my hotel so that I have no excuse. I try to always have it next to me, like right in my face. Sometimes between my laptop and me. Having a straw helps because I literally just lean over, sip, type, sip, type.
For vitamins I measure out a weeks worth and then have a snack size bag that I place my days worth of in my purse, I also take them out at work and put them right next to my laptop so they are in my line of sight.
Since I travel a lot I'm used to planning ahead, the hardest thing is variety, you are kind of stuck with what you pack so if I'm like "wow I wish I had my other protein, or a different pudding flavor to mix, a syrup" I'm kind of stuck. Though I can always buy stuff when I am wherever I get, most hotels have a fridge, just can't buy big sizes of things unless I want to be travelling back home with more crap.

Here is the website where you can order direct and they also have a store locator where you can see who sells them.

Depending on where you get them they will have that stores logo on them (mine is Sprouts Supermarket) but they are still the same one. I got the biggest size because while my shakes aren't ever THAT big but it gives it some extra room to shake shake shake!

I don't have to travel for work, but when I am out and about, I always carry some Babybel cheese, a few veggies, or a protein bar with me, so that I can refuel and not be tempted by fast food. I was using jerky, but it has too much sodium and caused me to retain some water. I always have water in the car, so that I can keep up with my fluids.
I pack my lunch the night before, with what I plan on eating the following day. This helps me to stay on track and not spend a lot of money going out for lunch. I have always done this, so it wasn't a new behavior that I had to start. I use pre-measured amounts of chicken, beef, or cheese. I also like Fage, Chobani, or Veskos Greek yogurt in the individual containers, and I can add about .25 cup of bluberries or other berries that I might have. Sometimes, I will add additional protein powder to the yogurt to boost up the protein. This week, I have been mixing Benefiber in with the yogurt, so that I can increase my fiber intake.
For breakfast, I will often have a RTD High Protein Premier Chocolate Shake with 30 grams of protein. I will often carry one to work, in case I need additional fuel and/or protein.
I carry my vitamins in snack ziplock bags and keep some calcium chews at work.
When I go to Starbucks, I will get a Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte. It is about 90-100 cal, some carbs, and 10 grams of protein. Almost everything else has too much sugar and calories.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning for a trip so this is right in time. In the past, and I will again, the key is planning ahead. The earlier out, the harder it is. Planes are worse than cars. But even on a short trip, sometimes it is hard to find something that is ok. I take cheese, protein bars and powder. If I can, I look for Wendys, a taco place, even a subway where I can ditch the bread. Morning and evening vitamins are no problem but the during the day are a pain. I take them but then forget. I also take chocolate chews and that I remember, VBG. I always take a water bottle. If I'm sitting in a meeting, they usually have water somewhere in the room if not on the table.
