MENUS AND MILES TUES. JAN. 25TH
Our 5th grandchild was born at 8:07 this morning. She was 6 lb. 12 oz. and 19" long. Lots of black hair. They took a sonar to see if her kidneys are alright but we haven't heard the results yet. The previous sonars showed that one was enlarged.

Swinging lizards that the kidneys are all ok!!!
Still not hungry today, so after everyone weighed in that they have the same thing, I am going to just go with it. As long as I get my protein and vitamins, I should be fine.
B-Protein Shake (30 g)
L- Protein Shake (30 g)
D-either 1/2 a protein bar or ricotta cheese (14g )
2 litres of crystalite
All vitamins done
Walking for exercise today.
Have a wonderful day!
Jody, how are you feeling on day two?
I am going for my second follow up today with my surgeon and NUT. I am loaded with questions. The biggest one being why do I still get hungry? I was physically hungry most of yesterday. I ate four ounces of my turkey-veggie pasta sauce last night. I find with denser food that 2 ounces does not do it. It is like two tablespoons - not enough. I had a bit of a bounce back this morning on the scale. Any advice?
My eats today:
B- protein drink (40 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
L- turkey- veggie pasta sauce (12 g)
S- greek yogurt (18 g)
D- smoked salmon (14 g)
S- fudgsicle (2 g)
Miles: 20 minutes on the elliptical and 100 ball crunches
Jody, hope you're recovering nicely and feeling better everyday.
Having a hard time giving up my Chicken Corn Chowder, unfortunately it is loaded with fat and sodium and throws my numbers off, puts more of the graph in the fat, so I'll just have to quit buying.
It has become my new comfort food.
