New haircut

as billy would say... you look maaarvelous... I really like the cut price it looks great on you and I commend you on the courage to cut it, cutting your hair can be really tough sometimes

 Price, I'm sitting here laughing about your DH not recognizing you after 38 years!  That's fantastic and maybe the funniest thing I've heard in a long long time!

I think your new hairdo is fantastic.  It makes you look perky and updated and just so cute.  I get it about the wrinkles because I'm sitting here with the same thing.  I'd rather have wrinkles and years added onto my life, than all those pounds of fat trying to choke my neck.

 Nice haircut and it sets off your lovely blue eyes. I bet it will be easier to keep up too. Good decision!

You guys are so wonderful and supportive.  Thanks so much.  I do like it but am prepared to go shorter if needed.  I have had a pixie basically all of my adult life.  It was only the year before surgery that I decided to once again, try long hair.  I am not one to mess with my hair.  It has to basically do itself or it isn't going to get done.  I think this will work and I was ready for an update.
