My menus and still pretty boring and repetitious.  I think I ate like that before surgery too only I added sweets in between my boring meals....LOL  I'm so glad those days are gone!!!!

My DH and DGS have terrible colds too.  The little one doesn't  want to eat but my DH can eat any time.

Good Menu bu****ch the oatmeal....it can be very addicting.

Are you posting on one of the menu sites so you know how many calories/fats/carbs/ and Protein you are getting in?

The accountant was here all morning so even though it warmed up, I didn't have time to play with the ponies.  Zumba tonight.

This is my day so far
Breakfast: Uninjury drink (20)
Snack: Greek Yogurt (10)
Lunch: Chili (15)
Dinner: probably chili again + cheese (23)
Snack: Protein coffee (20)

Miles: 30 minutes on bike, 10 minutes strength training
HW: 260? SW: 242 Surgeons GW: 150 First GW: 140 Second GW: 130 CW: 122

Those darn accountants....get them working on numbers and you just can't get them to leave!

Good Totals!!   Your protein could probably be higher though.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
