S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (20g)
S - ham cubes
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - a bratwurst and cole slaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
omega 3-6-9: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
does stress and using loud voices in the conference room count?

Stress and loud voices.....that would make me want to eat!  I guess if you worked up a sweat it might count for miles....any arm motions going on too?

Hi Roz and everyone.
Well Roz, tomorrow is the day when your little makes her appearance.  I'm so excited for y'all.  I'm wanting to hold a little soooo bad!!  Neither of mine have any plans any time soon for another one though.

7:30 am!!!!   We will probably go to the hospital around 5:30.  My oldest 2 DGD's are staying with us this week while Nikki's in the hospital.  It will be nice getting to spend some time with them.   I can't even remember the last time they stayed here.  Our little Houston won't be the baby anymore...that's sad.

Lost track of time today....I sure you could see the dust flying behind me.  I was so into work.

B - oatmeal and protein powder (30 g)
L - Protein Shake (30 g)
D- Chilli and ricotta (28 g)

2 litres of crystalite

Vits not done yet.

I was super busy today too but it didn't stop me from eating....LOL  I remember early out when I had to set an alarm so I would remember to eat.

I'm still learning how to eat......so I've been pretty much eating the same things over and over....except on the weekends....I cook what I can eat though=)

 wake up - Body Fortress Protein shake w/ 25 oz water + 2 Diet Hot Choc mixes  56 g
B - Low Sugar Oatmeal mixed w/ water 5 g
S - Lite apple sause (only to keep the plumbing moving)
L- Tuna lunch to go 19g
S-
D- Some kind of soup

I have the crud right now (as do my  husband and all 3 of my kids)......so the appetite...is GONE.  I hate having a stuffy runny nose - hate it!
