Good morning, Roz,

I made a big discovery. It was not the morning drink but the vitamins/meds that were upsetting my tummy. I now take them a little later in the morning with my snack. So far, so good!

I would love to know where you get the bean/bacon soup. I don't see it on the shelves. It sounds yummy!

My eats today:

B- protein drink (40 g)
S- greek yogurt w SF preserve (18 g)
L- shrimp with ****tail sauce (10 g)
S- low sodium V-8 and later stinrg cheese (6 g)
D- ground turkey tomato basil sauce w spinach (10 g)
S- fudsicle (2 g)

I'm glad you figured out why your tummy was upset.

Love the variety in your menu!!!

It's Campbell's Bean/Bacon.  It has been one of my faithfuls since surgery.

Hi Roz,

Back to the grind. I'll be on the road most of this week for work. I kind of like my mini trips.

Lately I've found myself rearranging the order of meals (lunch for breakfast etc) and I don't think its working for me. I've basically been living at my BF's house and the commute is longer so I eat my lunch on the way to work and then have breakfast later in the day. I don't feel good, so I'm thinking I might have my protein shake during the commute and then have breakfast at mid-morning and then have regular lunch and dinner. I'll try that when I get back from out of town.

b: ham and cheese sandwich on wheat
s: decaf skim latte
l: turkey chili w/piece of cornbread
s: protein shake
d: greek yogurt w/ peaches and mixed nuts (on the Amtrak to DC)
s: goldfish grahams (on the Amtrak to DC)

Have a good one!

AWE...so there's a steady guy now?  That's Awesome!!

I have to drink my Protein drink first thing in the morning or I'm just to tight to eat anything.

Sometimes it takes awhile to work things out.

That's pretty much how I felt at the beginning too, but fortunately you can get in your Protein shakes.  That will be a plus for you!!
