Does my nectar protein drink with crystal light count as part of my 64 oz of water?

Just wondering if this would count, since I made up a large container of protein drink and was planning on drinking it all day tomorrow, between meals, 30 minutes after of course.

Oh good.  I bought a 64oz drink container so my goal is to have it empty by the time I go to bed.  Don't like real cold drinks so I hope it stays okay all day.

We were told yes, to count it as protein and fluid.

Not meaning to steal your thread but somewhere I read that you needed to make it fresh or it started degrading.  Then at support group last week someone talked about making it, putting it in the frig over night.  What is the answer?

Did a little research.  I believe that heat starts the denigration of the protein, but it's okay to mix a batch, refrigerate it and consume within 24 hours.  Unless someone has another answer.  I'm hoping it's okay, because it's working for me.

Research (from Syntrax and Unjury) and my nut all agreed that it's fine to mix early and consume within 24 hours.  They did all note that you might have to mix it up again as things may separate during the day, but to just stir or shake and you'll be good to go.

Congrats on finding a solution that works for you!

yes, I was told if it doesn't have sugar, alcohol, caffeene or carbonation it counts.  My decaf coffee with protien powder counts:)  I love the syntrax nectar brand too.
