Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals. It's very important until you reach Goal to figure out your Calories, Fats, Carbs, and Proteins so that you know what your body needs to lose and then to maintain!!!!

It is really funny how someday things go down so easy and other days we struggle. I don't have that problem with my protein drinks but I have it with food all of the time. It's amazes me. The only things I don't have trouble with are things I shouldn't be eating....LOL
Try to get 1 Protein Drink in a day for now and then gradually try to include another one.
Good Menu!!

Have you tried mixing Protein Powder in your crystalite? That's the only way I could drink the powder at the beginning.

I haven't posted in awhile, stress had kidnapped me! When I figured out stress was the cause of my pouch pains, I have decided to kick it to the curb. Ok as best as I can. It doesn't help that Honey is in Korea, our kids are reacting to him being gone in different ways and I HATE my job. I started smoking and have stopped as it made my teeth ucky and it one of the sources of my ulcer like pains. Eating had gone on the back burner too, so I am refocusing on better eating habits. Oh yeah and I started working out, I think that will help with the stress.
1-protein coffee
2-mini bubba burger with grilled onions
