Fitness Fun - January 21
I'm sorry folks...
I'm down with cooties today and went to docs to get anti-biotics. Funny thing is that pcp worked with me for liquid augmenten (sp??) and then the pharmacy when filled said..."how old is the patient?" I said it's for me....and she said "oh, ok...did you want dropper or spoon??" ROFL...I said spoon but if I am in a dropper mood...I"ll come back...hehe
So, I am in bed with jammies, soup, and meds...

So for those of us not in bed today, what's up with fitness for the day?
It was a beautiful day here in the Bay Area so I went for a long walk with three of my WLS buddies. We had lots to talk about while we walked. I love that these three are exercising with me. We get support and fitness fun at the same time.
My back is still in flare-up mode since last October but I'm feeling improvement. I think the Physical Therapy is helping me. We focus on core exercises.
I started a thursday night Pilates class with one of my WLS buddies. It goes for 8 weeks at Kaiser and I adore the instructor after only two classes.
Next Friday the 4 of us are starting a yoga class at Kaiser as well.
I'm trying out new things that I wouldn't have done 80 pounds ago!
So for those of us not in bed today, what's up with fitness for the day?

It was fine. Nothing special because of all the work stuff that got shifted to this week from the snow last week. But a good day is a good day, birthday or not and after 62 of them, they aren't so important anymore.
