congrats on the 2 lbs, but i have to disagree about total avoidance of carbs. i think moderate intake of whole grains, vegetables and fruit is important. just my .02.

I am in full agreement with you. I have cut way back on the carbs the last two days and those extra couple of pounds disappeared. I keep bobbing around between 145 and 147. I would still like to get to 140, but am fine where I'm at.
