congrats on the 2 lbs, but i have to disagree about total avoidance of carbs. i think moderate intake of whole grains, vegetables and fruit is important. just my .02.

b: 1 cup of cottage cheese w/ 3 oz peaches
s: protein shake
l: salad w/grilled chicken
s: rainbow cookie
s: not sure
d: steak, salad and veggies

I think enjoying "good" carbs should definitely be a part of our menus.  It's the "bad" carbs that should be avoided (I usually specify that, I must have forgotten).  What scares me are the ones who include mashed potatoes, white carbs, white flour etc.  in their menus.

 Wow, 2 pounds that is great!  I am slowing down with weight loss.  

B- Oatmeal with protein powder (34 g)
L-Chicken pieces (10g)
D-Ricotta bake...again (14 g)
S - 1/2 protein bar (14 g)

Will do vitamins shortly.

Shoveling must count!  We received another foot of snow last night and it is still going.

I'm sure shoveling counts.  That can be a real workout.  Fortunately for my my DH takes care of all of that.  ....He takes such good care of me!!!

I'm going to have to try the Protein Powder in my Oatmeal.  I can't have any tonight because I just ate a couple of fries but if I'm good maybe tomorrow.

Good job Roz, I tried some carbs this week, and it has slowed me down! So kicking all I can to the curb!

Congrats on the baby and the 2 pounds!

I am in full agreement with you. I have cut way back on the carbs the last two days and those extra couple of pounds disappeared. I keep bobbing around between 145 and 147. I would still like to get to 140, but am fine where I'm at.

Don't give up on the 140 (even if it only lasts a day).  I think if you keep your carbs where they are and added another Protein drink you'd get there faster.   I so wish I had lost 3 more pounds so I could say that I lost 100.  Instead I thought I was getting to low and started increasing my calories.
