It's Friday and I forgot to wear my jeans...UGH!!  I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend planned.  I want mine to go fast because DGD #4 is coming on Tuesday!!!!!  I can't wait to see what she looks like!

Down 2 more pounds since the weekend....YEAH!!!!!!   TAKE ADVICE FROM AN OLDIE....AVOID "BAD"  CARBS AS LONG AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!

WTG on the 2 lbs! My scale is not moving this week but I guess that is to be expected once in a while. I already kicked off the day losing a bit of my protein shake. Things can only go up! Here are my eats:

B- protein shake (40 g)
S- greek yogurt with SF preserves (18 g)
L- chicken salad (10 g)
S- string cheese (6g)
D- turkey bologese sauce (10 g)
S- fudgsicle (3 g)

It happens 2-3 times per week.  I have about four - six sips and boom, time to hit the bathroom!  The weird part is right after that, I can drink the whole thing without a problem.

I've been gone, so update me...were you up a couple of pounds or did you just decide you wanted to lose a couple more? Congrats in advance on the baby! I can't wait until my kids are older and I have grandkids lol. I definitely do not want another baby, and I got my tubes tied after the last one, but I like a "baby fix" every now and then. I have 2 new nephews, but I don't get to see them very often.

B: 2 protein coffees
S: protein coffee
L: swai fish, snap peas, carrots, hummus
S: protein coffee
D: pancakes (I found some really low-calorie, low carb buckwheat mix at the health food store!), eggs, turkey bacon, veggie sausage
S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich, celery w/PB2

Cal: 1311, Fat: 44, Carb: 90, Prot: 146 (probably need to add something, a little low on calories)
Water: 6 cups so far, Vitamins: 1/2 done, Exercise: not yet, might skip today and get back on my normal routine tomorrow

I had the flu last week and then we had a competition over the weekend and I couldn't eat anything but crackers.  Everything made me nauseated.  I gained 3 pounds but I think its from not eating and my legs were pretty swelled from the 7 hour trip.   I'm back down to my before weight now.

We are just so excited about the baby.  The next one is due in late Aug.  My oldest DD is trying so its possible we could have 3 new little ones this year.

Congrats on the 2 lbs Roz!   I went up 1 lb today, but could tell I was holding water. I also had movie popcorn last night, not a lot, but it was a nice "fix".  Of course I use LOTS of satl.  I love salt! 

Now - I DO have to say being decarbed was great - but found I ate a lot of soft/slider foods.  I guess it was my own 5DPT.  Yesterday I got hungry for dense protein - something that would stay with me and I wouldn't feel hungry again soon.  Good thing about all this is I'm getting a TON of fluids!

B - 2 1/2 scoop protein coffee and 2 regular coffees
L - triple scoop protein drink - 1 scoop fuzzy navel (bottom of tub) and 2 scoops of red grapefruit - tastes pretty good
S - egg salad (will probably be more like my lunch - the above protein drink I started early
S - greek yogurt w/sf strawberry preserves (didn't eat yesterday)
D - IDK - going to Bf's place.  He may cook steaks on the grill

Vits:  yes
Water:  yes

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I love salt too.  I know I use way to much of it when I cook. 

I've never like grapfruits.  Does the Protein drink taste like the real thing?

I can't wait to post a picture of her!   We can't stop talking about her!!  Everyone scheduled work off on Tuesday for the big day.  I hope Brian can handle all of the family being there.

I didn't have Wendy's Chili all week...I think that's about the first.  I might just have to get some tomorrow.
