Monday is my day!!!!
Monday is coming fast!!! I am so very ready and yet so very nervous all at the same time. I seem to be crying a LOT!! Anyone else have this problem??? I'm not depressed so thats not the issue, I guess I just keep thinking about the negatives of surgery. I was never nervous about having the gastric bypass until they gave me a date.... Im sure its just the jitters! LOL Thanks for reading my whiney msg!!!
On a happy note....My baby girl turned 6 today!!!

Ang,
I stressed so bad! I have never been so nervous in my entire life. And when my "Monday" came up, I just found my "happy place' and went through the motions. Thank God I was 1st up that morning at 7:30 A.m. i didn't have a chance to get too worked up and recovered very quickly. I feel comfident you will too. Be sure to keep us posted.

I am so excited for you!!!! What negatives???? I can't think of a single one....except it's harder to find size 2's and 4's than it was to find "fat" clothes!!

Ang, I'm just going nuts waiting. I'm to be at the hosital at 6:30AM, surgery is at 8:30 which means I SHOULD be done around noon time.
Not crying just antsy (and unclesy as my dh would say). Yes, surgery has negatives but there are so many positives to this and if you have a good surgeon, he will do everything to make it as positive an experience as possible. Also, you've gone thru testing to be sure you are in as good health as possible and LW's have an advantage that the SMO don't have...we aren't as unhealthy to begin with.
Just keep focusing on the positive, keep your faith and put all the rest in the hands of your higher power.
