Great Menu!!

I just found a local support group but I have gone yet.  I think the meetings are the last Thursday of the month.  I was told the leader doesn't believe in snacks but they do believe in Protein drinks.  I'd have to go and keep my mouth shut........not sure I can do that....LOL

Hi Roz...I love those reminders...thank you AND you are SO RIGHT!!!

Anyways...I have had 2 very low calorie days in a row but I met my protein goals at least so i am not too worried but I don't want to undershoot calories either...sounds confusing I know but I am sure you understand my babble by now. :) So today, I am making sure I do eat and get to my nutrition in for the day...

B - 4 eggacups (my recipe) (16g & 108 cal) & wedge of laughing cow lite (2g & 35 cal)
S - protein coffee (24g & 114 cal)
S - biscottie (3g & 150 cal)
L - Going out for indian cuisine...never had before so it'll be interesting...
D - dunno yet...

Protein: 45 w/o lunch & dinner
Calories: 407 w/o lunch & dinner

def have to have another shake...too low on protein...ugh...

Vits: on track
Water: behind but will catch up
Miles: cardio ass kicking on the menu today...let's see if I can get 'er done! :)

The Indian food was great...i took like a dollop of everything...had micro-servings (1 tastefull)
lentil soup
chicken curry
some red chicken thing
curry veggies
spicy sauces...wow yummy
chic pea stew thing

All flavors were awesome. Fresh and yummy. I would def try some of these recipes @ home.

Thanks for the good variety pat...BUT...I am sad to say that I have only had my B, S, L, and that is it for now...nothing since lunch...ugh. I have to snap out of this. I guess better to not go over on calories but at this stage, I don't know...I'm trying...

Hey there -- working on evening eating (or not eating) starting today. I find I'm doing a bit of grazing at night. Like last night, I dug into the peanut butter twice and ate a handful of Golden Grahams cereal...oh, and 2 swedish fish. Stupid choices that served no purpose. So, tonight I think I may just stick with protein drinks for dinner. I'll mix one with milk to make it more satisfying. I will get the kids Subway so I don't have to cook. Here's the plan:

Since you watcher your carbs during the day the golden grams wouldn't be excess damaage.  If I do really good all day then sometimes I splurge with some popcorn at night.

good afternoon. i've been job hunting all day since i'm running out of money with paying for school and etc bills. i think i landed a job at a really popular drive through coffee place where tips are outrageous...praying i did!

b- protein hot chocolate

l- tuna salad

80 protein
6 carb

will add 4oz shrimp tonight IF i can get it down
