B - 2 1/2 scoops protein in my coffee
L - 3/4 cup egg salad with lite Miracle Whip
S - triple Nectar red grapefruit protein drink
S (if necessary) greek yogurt with S/F preserves. May eat it just before I leave work.
D - 4 chicken wings and movie popcorn
S - cheese cubes
Vits I forgot the darn things at home on the counter
Water: yes - my 34oz Crystal lite is waiting for me
miles: shopping??
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

D: Turkey Pepperoni, 1 oz cheese, 10 Brown Rice Wheat Chips(Play practice and I need to have something for me that I can eat rather than the cookies and sweets.
S: Maybe some peanuts
S: Carbmaster Ice Cream

I did have a few teaspoons of potato salad last week and I kept on craving it. Had my son fini**** otherwise I would have kept on with the teaspoons. Clearly I am not ready to have old favourites in the house.
I did a local TV interview talking about the college I work for early this morning, so needed to eat beforehand-didn't want the stomach growling :-)
B- 1/2 protein bar (14 g)
L- protein shake (30 g)
D- shrimp and tofu (30 g)
S - sugar free popsicle
All vitamins done
2 litres crystalite
Trying shrimp for the first time, hopefully it all goes well.
