WOW...this week's going fast.  I'm down a pound this morning and I feel so much better without all of those carbs in my system.  WARNING!!!!......DON'T ADD "BAD" CARBS INTO YOUR MENUS TO EARLY...A BITE HERE AND THERE CAN TURN INTO SPOONFULL AND THEN A BOWL FULL.   AVOID BREAD....POTAOTES....CHIPS....NACHOS....RICE....ETC. AS LONG AS YOU CAN!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Hi Roz!  I'm de-carbed now.  Been pretty strict this week and feel pretty good about it.  All "adult beverages" have been banished from my diet.  Yes it helps I can't drink prior to my surgery.  Good incentive.

B - 2 1/2 scoops protein in my coffee
L - 3/4 cup egg salad with lite Miracle Whip
S - triple Nectar red grapefruit protein drink
S (if necessary) greek yogurt with S/F preserves.  May eat it just before I leave work.
D - 4 chicken wings and movie popcorn
S - cheese cubes 

Vits  I forgot the darn things at home on the counter
Water:  yes - my 34oz Crystal lite is waiting for me
miles:  shopping??

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Hope everyone is doing ok today.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy navel Protein Drink
L:  2.5 ozs hamburger steak, 3/4 cup green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Turkey Pepperoni, 1 oz cheese, 10 Brown Rice Wheat Chips(Play practice and I need to have something for me that I can eat rather than the cookies and sweets.
S:  Maybe some peanuts
S:  Carbmaster Ice Cream

Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None

Everyone's feeling fine today.  Cheer's getting out early tonight because of the snow and that will give her more time to rest.

Hi Roz
I did have a few teaspoons of potato salad last week and I kept on craving it.  Had my son fini**** otherwise I would have kept on with the teaspoons.  Clearly I am not ready to have old favourites in the house. 
I did a local TV interview talking about the college I work for early this morning, so needed to eat beforehand-didn't want the stomach growling :-)

B- 1/2 protein bar (14 g) 
L- protein shake (30 g)
D- shrimp and tofu (30 g)
S - sugar free popsicle

All vitamins done

2 litres crystalite

Trying shrimp for the first time, hopefully it all goes well.

I have no problem controling myself when we are out but I can't have "bad" things that I enjoy in the house.

An Interview...that's great!  I'm sure you made your employer Proud!

It is sooooo cold in Chicago.  I am going to my first live WLS support group meeting tonight.  I know it won't compare to the WLs.  My eats are:

B- protein drink with fresh blueberries (40g)
L- LF chicken salad (14 g)
S- greek yogurt with SF cherrie preserves (18 g)
D- shrimp with ****tail sauce (10 g)
S - probably a protein drink
