I'm so glad you actually read these and respond. Yesterday when you said you were worried about my carb intake, it made me think. So, today I prepared a bit and am starting off much lower in carbs. It made me think!!

As soon as I got on this evening I looked to see if you posted. I'm always scared that I will offend someone and they will quit posting. I won't keep on you about the carbs so please don't be afraid to post your menus.
I always try to start my day out low carb and that takes so much pressure off of me the rest of the day if something unexpected comes up.

it has taken me almost 1 month to get the carbs from the holidays out of my system and back on track. I weighed today and was down 1 # from my pre-holiday weigh in on Dec 21.
feels good,and i did it without the 5day pouch test which I am also pleased about. I love my sleeve!

I was doing pretty good on my carbs until this past week and I didn't feel good. My tummy just couldn't handle anything but Carbs and my Protein drinks. I practically lived on crackers this over the weekend. Now I have to decarb again.

Being sick is a bummer and yeah,ya have to do whatever it takes to get thru it. Decarbing wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. pre VSG I was never able to decarb,not with my best efforts.
I will tell you though,already,I am seriously thinking several times before eating something off plan. It is the thought of this last month and not losing that makes me choose not to eat it and that is a real first too.
