Hope you feel better soon, Gina. I am starting to feel like I can exercise again. I was scared to pu**** after my stress fracture in my knee. Last night I did 20 minutes on the elliptical without a twinge. Inspired, I contacted my old trainer to set up a session on Saturday. He is excited to get back to work with me. I think this will help my overall energy level.

My eats today are:

B- protein drink with blueberries (40 g)
S- greek yogert wiht SF cherry preserves (18 g)
L- tuna with parm dressing (13 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
D- smoked salmon (12 g)
S- fudgsicle

That's awesome that you are getting back to exercising.  I'm sure your trainer will know exactly what you should do to strengthen your knee and still get your energy level up.

Hi Roz,
No play practice today!!  I get to go home after work - hurray.  Although I do enjoy the play and being around the cast that we don't see much of all year, it is a long month and lots of extra hours.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Greek Salad w/ bals. vineg. dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  1 slice bacon,2 eggs, 1 oz cheese

Miles:  None

I am at my goal, but am trying to drop 5-10 more to allow for bounce back. 

I feel like I'm eating/drinking all day long!!  I ate the whole salad at lunch today, but I can eat more salad than anything else.  I ended up having 2 eggs for supper instead of 1.  I am stuffed right now.  My calories are probably between 900 - 1100 each day.  I'm not really tracking every day anymore.

I love it when I get to go straight home after work.  It doesn't happen very often though.

My DD#3 was bleeding again today.  I left work and rushed her to the hospital.  The sonar showed the heart beating strong again today.  They don't know why she keeps bleeding but today there was more blood this time but not as many clots.

Bless her heart Roz.  I hope everything is ok with her.  Have they put her on bed rest?  I'm glad the heart beat is strong.  I'll keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

She's not on bed rest but she's suppose to take it easy.  She hasn't told anyone at the gym yet that she's pregnant and she had to miss work tonight.  I'm sure some of them are going to start putting 2 and 2 together.  She's only missed 3 practices in 10 years and the other 2 were when Houston was born.
