1/2 Way to the weekend!!!!  It seems like Tuesday to me since I didn't work on Monday.   In fact I just realized I wrote Monday on yesterday's post...LOL.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Hi Roz!! 

My BF absolutely LOVES the Syntrax Mint Cookie protein.  His daughter tried it last night to and liked it.  I made them a frozen shake with it.  Put some milk in the blender, protein and ice.  They thought it was a great treat. 

B - 2 protein coffees on way to work
L - 2 scoop protein shake (your mint cookie protein)
S - BIG container of Crystal Lite
S - Dannon 0% fat Greek Yogurt with NSA pie filling
D - shirataki noodles with parmesan/romano cheese and scallops - was pretty darn good!
S - 1/2 rock n roll bar


Vits:  yes
Water:  yes - floating away....

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Sounds like you are trying to get your Guy healthy....Good for You!!   My DH has lost weight because we rarely do fast food anymore.  He isn't complaining though because now we eat at more steak houses...LOL.

I need to order some more of the Mint Cookie.  I love it in my Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate.  It gives it just the right amount of mint.

Hi Jody
My version of real food.
Really quite bland:
2 Tablespoons refried beans or baked beans in the bottom of a small bowl
2-3 Tablespoons light ricotta cheese layered on top
A dollop of medium salsa
Bake or microwave until hot..
Lots of protein and it lasts me 2 meals

I like it and it is dead easy!

Ahh - ok - I used to do something the same in my early-out days.

Refried beans with cheese on top, microwave it to heat, then put salsa an sour cream on - yummy!

omega 3-6-9: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending
