We usually want to "meet or beat" pre-op levels. In some cases, higher is better, and in other cases (Cholesterol, PTH for example), lower is better.
The only things *I* don't mind being on the high end of out of range are Ferritin and B12. But that applies to ME.
My doctors don't show interest in any of these until I am out of range. *I* am interested when I begin heading that direction.
Vitamin D is not looking good, so I'd say 20,000IUs a day minimum or you could do 50,000IUs a day for a couple of months and retest. Don't worry about taking a doctor's prescription for D. They almost always only prescribe an oil based D2 which is worthless to us.
Your protein and albumin are showing you aren't absorbing much protein. Best source of protein we can absorb is whey protein isolate like what you'll find in the Syntrax Nectars, Champion Nutrition, etc. I'd go with a minimum of 120 grams a day or 4 30 gram shakes a day.
Get back on Vitalady's Tender iron and also add a Proferrin ES, or prescription Proferrin Forte.
Since you're already having constipation, you'll want to get some magnesium oxide to go with every calcium dose you take. I'll look for Vitalady's constipation ritual and send it along to you too.
I think if you start back on her basic RNY plan for some of the other things, you'll be fine in time.
