I fly constantly for work.  I no longer fear fitting into those seats!  I am not sure abouit reaching for something - alas, the surgery did not increase the lengths of my arms. :)

I know what you mean about the movies.  I used to dread when someone sat next to me.

1. Starting to exercise, and though it hurts, it feels good as well.
2. Fitting into a size 14.... WOOT WOOT.
3. Feeling much more like moving around and no back pain.
4. The bathtub feels HUGE right now - and takes longer to fill up.
5.  My hubby says last weekend while in line at a store: "Honey, your butt is much smaller than that ladies' butt now."

5. Buying cute clothes.

4. Sitting in movie and airplane seats with room left over.

3. Having my kids say they are very proud of me.

2. Losing the BP meds, CPAP and arhtritis meds

1. Running a half-marathon and training for another already

You are such a great role model for your kids, both in terms of eating and exercise.  I applaud you!

Great thread - I'll play.

1.  No more meds for diabetes, cholesterol, leg swelling and got rid of CPAP.

2.  I can get in the floor and back up when playing with DGD's!!

3.  Did a 5K.  I feel so much better with so much more energy.

4.  Painting my toe nails & being able to tie my shoes without putting my feet up on something.

5.  Getting rid of ALL of my clothes and getting to buy more, cuter clothes - I love to shop now!!
