My top five
1 ) no more diabetes or metabolic disorder
2) making friends with my body - i listen to her and don't overeat and she doesnt try to blow up like a balloon at every opportunity !
3) feeling both competent and beautiful on a daily basis .. not having to trade ... and waking up feeling POWERFUL and strong ....and healthy
4) getting married , finishing my longstanding projects and bumping up my income ( soon soon)
just feeling HOPEFUL and positive every day ...
5) my dreams suddenly feel much closer ,much more attainable .... in a way its SCARY in a way its TOTALLY EXCITING >>>>

There are so many, but here are 6:
1. Increased sense of well-being, hopefulness, and increased energy level.
2. Going shopping in my closet for old clothes that started fitting, but are now too big.
3. Being able to cross my legs.
4. Feeling like I am in control and not food.
5. Able to exercise and actually enjoying it.
6. Enjoying all the positive comments from people. It feels good.

5. My greater appreciation for my DH. He's loved me through thick and thin. I never gave him enough credit for loving me. I don't always make it easy for him.

1. Sitting in an airplane seat and being able to bend over and get something out from "under the seat in front of me" without passing out.
2. Having room left in the seat on the airplane
3. More energy and stamina
4. Cute clothes shopping - gotta love it!
5. Seeing yourself in a window reflection and saying "is that REALLY me?"
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
