 FIGS FIGS  FIGS  for the bathroom issues -  a  fig ( or two max )  a day and enough WATER  keeps the doctor ( and the laxatives )  away ....

Glad you came back. I was gone a long time to. I will keep Ethan in my prayers. It is amazing how strong kids are, but so sad that they have to be.
I have the pooping issue also. I use stool softeners, sennakot and miralax to keep things moving. No matter how far off track I get I keep at least one 30 Gm protein drink a day. I think keeping the protein up really makes a difference in how healthy you look.
