Oh boy, I am in chocolate peanut butter heaven!

Well ladies, lets just say I am having so hormonal issues and some chocolate cravings, and I made some protein balls. OMG! I am in heaven!! It tastes like a no bake, and one ball filled me up and satisfied my sweet tooth. It reminds me of the no bakes my mom used to make!
I think I will have to ration these! 6.7g protein per ball, but 97 calories each. Thank goodness one did the trick! Made 25 balls.
I used 4 scoops of about time protein powder, chocolate flavor
5 packets of stevia
1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned)
1/4 cup of ground flax
1 cup of peanut butter ( i used the smuckers all  natural,  no sugar added)
It took a little muscle to get everything blended, and had to add about 3 tbls of water to get it mixed, but it was worth it!

I wonder if you could use the peanut flour and save some calories from the peanut butter?
I think I might have to hide them from the boys!lol

Have a great day all!

I had a receipe for no sugar no bake cookies and used PB2.  They tasted ok, but I would probably need to adjust the PB2.  Its a lot fewer calories.

My problem is I can't stop at just 1.  I found that out when I made these.  Actually, I found that out during Christmas with pretty much anything sweet!!

Those sound so good.  I made some from a recipe I got a while back.  It was something I couldn't control so I probably can't fix them again.  They were soooo good!!

I'm not to the recipe stage yet (for fear of eating it all), but I'm going to remember this for when I get there.  A couple of people have posted cookie/bar type things over in the Atkins group.  I just sit and drool.  Quite attractive, right?
