YAY Wendy!  You look so cute!  I do have a great picture of you and LoverofCats from Saturday.  I need to get them off my iPhone and onto OH for Lover.  Do I have your permission to post the picture of the two of you so that everyone can see how cute you are?

 Absolutely. I am computer challenged, but I will get some help to get some pictures posted to my personal page. Thanks for doing that. The reason Bea is my avatar, is that it was the only picture I could get small enough to post.

Thanks for taking a peek at the critter pics.  The new pic is my stab at eliminating any ego I have left.  LOL    It's my biggest and best impression of a 3X canary... or was it macaw with all those colors on the shirt and the monkey grin.  At any rate... that's as bad as it gets so I guess it's cake from here on out.  ROFL! 

anyone who wants an excel spreadsheet to track weight please send me a private message with your email address and I will draft up an Excel table for you.  You will need to have Excel to use the table. 

You can open the file and add your own measurements and weight.  I've already drafted something for weight-- all you have to do is add your weight, the table will calculate your loss and plot the changes on a graph that is also included.

Let me know if you want weight or weight and body measurements, and also tell me what you imagine seeing and I will endeavor to help.  This is easy paying it forward for all the help this forum has given me.

under my post are some buttons, mine are light blue, not sure if everyone's are.  One of them says "CONTACT" or something like that.  Click that button and a web-based email form will show up.  Just type your message and OH sends it to me. I get a message at the very top of the screen to the left of the search box that says "1 message."
