Fitness Fun - January 18
Good morning LW's...
I will try very very very VERY hard today to accomplish everything I want AND need too...You see I am starting back up on my MBA program and well, I have homework this week to do...a paper to write...So I am going to try to squeeze in a gym workout tonight before I get everything ready for tomorrow....because tomorrow...I'm in class...so long long day tomorrow.
Anywhoooo....what about you? What are you going to accomplish today? anything new and exciting??

Zumba tonight - an hour of it. I usually like to go to the gym before that, but work is getting in the way....
On my "all protein shake" week. Did great yesterday with my fluids! I even got in 1 less protein shake than I planned. While that doesn't help my protein totals, it does help my overall calories!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I just started back at grad school, too! Today is my "long" day. I teach M-F at 8am and my own classes the rest of the day--today goes until 5pm. Depending on how much I get done, I would like to go to TKD tonight, but I have to see what my day looks like after my last class. Ugh. School. Always gets in the way of my fun things. :)

Got in Curves before starting work this morning. Zumba last night was a blast but I'm not sure I could do it more than 2x a week.
