I am ready for a productive day, cleaning out a cabinet of financial records and other stuff. This is my year for getting organized, and I am hitting one spot at a time. The eats for today are:

B- protein drink (40 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
L- crab salad (10 g)
S- greek yogurt (18 g)
D- ???
S- fudgsicle

Exercise - elliptical and walking up and down three flights of stairs to take out several bags of garbage from organizing!

I started this organizing mission during my medical leave.  I hired a college student to help sort and organize my closets.  I kept a lot of clothes during my weight ascent so I easily recovered what I spent on her help by re-discoverying my wardrobe, and it gave me something productive to focus on while resting.  Now I've got the bug!  I just do it for a few hours at a time every couple of weeks.  That way I don't get too frustrated.  I figure it will take a year to clear out the junk and by that time, I'll have to start over.  :)

Come on to Georgia and I'll give you some!  It takes a while to make it, but it makes a huge batch.  I freeze it 6 oz to a cup.  I get about 40 servings to put in the freezer and it heats up in the microwave as good as when it is fresh.

Good morning. Something i'm eating is bothering me, i'm almost positive that it's the dairy...mostly because I feel like **** after eating it (sorry language.)  I make my protein drinks with soy milk anyways but I know that whey protein can be a cause of milk allergies. So we'll see. Anyways, i'm sticking to shakes today  so I can moniter how I feel after them.

Sometimes it's not the whey but the sugar substitute you could be sensitive to. I can't use Champion Nutrition shakes but I can use IDS and Syntrax Nectars and it might be the kind of sweetener. Good luck today. Great fluid plan!
