Jody, what I really admire about you is that you are putting the brakes on at 10 pounds, not 100 pounds. You are an inspiration. This is a lifelong journey down a road with some bumps. The bumps are to be expected - it is all about how we manage the bumps. I have every confidence that you navigate your way over this bump and get back on track. The key is that you see what's happening. You're not letting yourself ignore it, right? Let yourself off the guilt hook and you'll do everything you need to get rid of those extra lbs. Chances are everyone will go through some form of this. It's not the gain that we worry about, it's the spiraling that is bad. Because you can always take the extra lbs back off!
