I tried something new today. Yesterday in the grocery I found roasted soybeans. I thought I had read that they were higher in protein and lower in calories than peanuts and I thought it would be great to have something crunchy so I bought them. The label was smeared and I couldn't really read it so after I got my self 1/2 c, I went on my tracker and looked. Holy moly, they do have protein but they calories are outragious. Luckily I hadn't made my way through the 1/2 cup and put the rest up. Even 1/4 c is more calories I ususally have for a snack but I did today.

Lexus is going to be delivered on the 25th by C-Section. We are so excited to see what she looks like. My DD's other 2 were both dark and had coal black hair. They looked like Mexican babies....LOL. Brians daughter is blonde and since Brian is my son in laws brother and our little Raegan is also blonde Lexus might look like she doesn't belong. The other thing we can't wait to see is if she has crooked little fingers. My DH's whole family has turned in little fingers and so does all 30+ grandchildren and all of the great grandchildren. Some are really turned and some are slightly turned but they all have it. It is the strangest thing. My DH is so Proud of it and that's the first thing he checks.
The comp went great!! Our Goal was top 5 and we had 1 in 4th, 1 3rd, and the rest were in 1st or 2nd. Our Diamonds beat the 3 time World Champs....A dream and Goal my DD's have been working for the last 10 years.

Welcome back, Roz! I feel a little more on track today myself. My carbs are kind of high, but I feel the protein and calories are on track.

Pretty much fine...typing this I realized I've had no calcium today. I will get them all in though. Hey, do you know if you can take 500 mg every 2 hours and get good absorption?

Your carbs do worry me a little, but I think you are supposed to have more carbs when you're running. 1/2 of your Carbs are also "good" carbs and If you were getting most of your Protein from Whey, I wouldn't even count them.
Are there really 21 carbs in an orange?? WOW....I didn't know that.
