Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

I am working from home today. I get so much more done this way! My eats are:
B- protein drink with blueberries (40 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
L- shrimp - (10 g)
S- greek yogurt with SF cherry preserve (18 g)
D- lox (hopefully, it will digest!) (7 g)
S- SF pudding (2 g)
Exercise - 15 mins on the elliptical and 100 crunches on the ball. Lots of stretching!

I'm on all protein drinks this week (trying hard). My scale was ABOVE my high thrshold... I did great yesterday and am on track today, but I feel a Greek Yogurt cheesecake calling my name. I'll try NOT to go there. I was down 3 lbs this morning! I must have been holding a LOT of water.
I don't like the changes to The Daily Plate. They made it very cumbersome IMO. I want to find a new on-line food tracking site. Just have to have the time to sit down and evaluate them.
Here's my plan:
B - 2 scoop protein coffees with Mint cookie protein
L - 3 scoop protein drink - nectar fuzzy navel
D - 5 chicken wings w/Buffalo Wild Wing asian zing sauce (45 cal/tablespoon/11 carbs)
1045 calories
23 carbs
152 protein
0 sugar
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

I really watched today too. I hit 115 this morning and I just don't want to go there!! I'm really surprised by the gain.
My DH was happy about it but not me! He wants me to gain some weight back but I explained that if I get hooked on carbs or start eating bigger meals I can gain my weight back. He doesn't want that but he wishes that I would eat more.
I always drink Chocolate, Cookies n Creme, or the Mint Cookie for breakfast. The rest of the day I drink Lemon Tea. I didn't even think to look at the carbs, but I know it satisfies me first think in the morning and keeps me from eating something really carby.
Have you tried the OH site for calculating what you ear? It looked pretty simple.

Still not very motivated. Not sure if anyone else felt this way 5 weeks out, but I am tired. I get my protein and drink all my fluids, sleep well. Just get tired every afternoon.
