WOW...It's so good to be back and into my routine!!   DH and I were both still a little under the weather during our drive to Indianapolis but by Sat. things started calming down for us and we had a Great weekend.  I over did it on carby snacks because my tummy was very sensitive so I added in a few Protein drinks and did a lot of racing with the 3 year old.  Even with the extra Protein, Walking, and Running the scales still weren't in my favor this morning but I'm not expecting them to stay put for long.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety into our meals.

Welcome back, Roz!  We all missed you and your cheerful morning message.   Gina did a great job in your absence (many thanks, Gina!) so no worries.  It sounds like you had a great time in Indianapolis after the bug settled down.  I am sure the blip on the scale will reverse itself.  I am in a bit of a holding pattern the last couple of days but it is to be expected. 

I am working from home today.  I get so much more done this way!  My eats are:

B- protein drink with blueberries (40 g)
S- string cheese (6 g)
L- shrimp - (10 g)
S- greek yogurt with SF cherry preserve (18 g)
D- lox (hopefully, it will digest!) (7 g)
S- SF pudding (2 g)

Exercise - 15 mins on the elliptical and 100 crunches on the ball.  Lots of stretching!

They wanted way to much money to use the wireless and the only free place was in the lobby which was next to impossible since we were in charge of Raegan this weekend.

Hi Roz!  I've missed you!  I bought your Mint cookie protein - oh yummy!  I won't use it for every drink because it does have carbs and a little higher in calories, but it tastes just awesome in my coffee.  BF had a double protein drink in milk with it last night and loved it.

I'm on all protein drinks this week (trying hard).  My scale was ABOVE my high thrshold... I did great yesterday and am on track today, but I feel a Greek Yogurt cheesecake calling my name.  I'll try NOT to go there.  I was down 3 lbs this morning!  I must have been holding a LOT of water.

I don't like the changes to The Daily Plate. They made it very cumbersome IMO.  I want to find a new on-line food tracking site.  Just have to have the time to sit down and evaluate them. 

Here's my plan:

B - 2 scoop protein coffees with Mint cookie protein
L - 3 scoop protein drink -  nectar fuzzy navel
D - 5 chicken wings w/Buffalo Wild Wing asian zing sauce (45 cal/tablespoon/11 carbs)

1045 calories
23 carbs
152 protein
0 sugar


HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

I really watched today too.  I hit 115 this morning and I just don't want to go there!!  I'm really surprised by the gain. 

My DH was happy about it but not me!  He wants me to gain some weight back but I explained that if I get hooked on carbs or start eating bigger meals I can gain my weight back.  He doesn't want that but he wishes that I would eat more.

I always drink Chocolate, Cookies n Creme, or the Mint Cookie for breakfast.  The rest of the day I drink Lemon Tea.  I didn't even think to look at the carbs, but I know it satisfies me first think in the morning and keeps me from eating something really carby.

Have you tried the OH site for calculating what you ear?  It looked pretty simple.

Still not very motivated.  Not sure if anyone else felt this way 5 weeks out, but I am tired.  I get my protein and drink all my fluids, sleep well.  Just get tired every afternoon.

Have you talked to your surgeon about being tired?  He might want to check your labs.

I smile every time I see your Avie.   I just love the Flinstones!!  I think they were about the only cartoon that I watched while I was growing up.

I love the Flintstones even today, pretty sad eh?
I have an appt with the doctor on the 3rd, I will definitely tell him.  Hopefully it is just the winter blahs!
