32.9
No, it's not my age (I wish). It's not my BMI. It's my body fat percentage. I know it sounds high but I read somewhere that 32% is a normal body fat for a woman. I am not active. I don't exercise, although I want to change that. I doubt I'll ever get to a 20% body fat. Even at my thinnest I think my body fat was like 26% and I weighed 118 and was exercising.
So, I am happy to be considered in a normal range of something. It was one of my goals. Perhaps when I reach my goal weight it will be an even 32%. I only have 7 lbs to go. I really wanted to reach my goal by 6 months out because I have heard that some people stop losing at 6 months out or they really slow down so I thought if I can get it done by then I won't have to worry about it. I will be six months out on the 23rd so I doubt I can lose the remander of the weight by then but at least I will be close.
I have decided that even when I get to goal I'm not going to change my eating yet. I wouldn't mind giving myself a bounce back cushion. The last time I lost weight, as I said, I got to 117 for about a minute and while I looked terrible at that weight I never really got the chance to see if my fat redistributed and helped me look healthier. Not that I am aiming to get that low. If I stay at 140 I will be thrilled. That puts right at a 25 BMI which is more then enough for me. Anything beyond that is, well, icing.

You have done great and should be wonderfully proud.
I've often wondered what is "normal" body fat.
My 140 is a beginning also. I'm going to keep on keeping on and see what happens. I can't imagine stablizing at 125, but I've never had this tool, been this age, etc. so who knows.
