Where are the brakes???

The Dr. thought I was stabilized at 121 then he thought for sure at 112. I was stabilized at 112 for a while but today I was 109. What's up where are the brakes on this thing???  I went shopping today ....couldn't find anything that fit right.  
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

I finally found my brakes - in a jar of peanut butter opened a couple times a week, and some 1% milk instead of skim!
