Thanks.  It is hard getting back into body movement.  I am anxious because of a recently healed stress fracture in my right knee.  I am considering my work out to be more like rehab than exercise for now.

I can hardly wait for the Bears/Packers game - talk about drama!  Being a Chicagoan, I know better than to get ****y but this should be quite a showdown.  I too am concerned about that injured players,  That is the one thing I don't like about football.  I wish the players had more protection.

We'll have to post play-by-play smack talk when they meet. lol  My DH and Son#2 are die-hard Packer fans. It should be an awesome game!

Hi Gina,
I hope you will be feeling better soon!  I'm trying to boost my protein to get me losing again.

My menu today:
B:  Protein mixed w/ Starbucks light frap
L:  Hamburger patty, salad w/ yogurt ranch, apple
S:  Nectar lemon tea (I mixed this with a lot of extra splenda tea like Linda E Suggested and it was much better)
S:  Blueberries
D:  Chicken breast and veggie mix of brocolli, caluliflower, carrots, waterchestnuts w/ a tiny bit of cheese whiz
S:  I am going try to add in another protein drink  if I can! 

930 Cal
99 Prot (122 if I can add 1 more protein)

Feeling better and I just took another kind of pain pill that hasn't made me sick. Yay!

Very nice menu and plan to up the protein. More protein shakes help me deal with my grazing. Good plan for your miles as well.

good morning. not too sure on eats yet but here it is so far

b-protein hot chocolate/almonds
l- protein shake
d- protein bar or shake

100oz water +vits

3 mile easy jog
