Had a gain this week...I started an intense workout program and started my second round of deprovera so I'm  thinking it was just those two things...praying for a good loss next week! :) How did everyone else do?

Rebecca, I am sure the gain is just a blip from the exercise and medication. You will make it up next week.

I slowed down a bit in week 6 but still going in the right direction.

last week: 192.6
today: 189.6

-3 pounds this week.

Well I lost without wanting to. Dang Lortab is making me sick and I can hardly open my mouth to eat anything. I'm warning you now I'll have a gain next week. lol

I only lost .4 lbs since last week. Oh well, I'll take it. I guess the weight loss really slows down at this point.

Thanks.  Just anxious to get to goal.  So of course my weight loss is going to slow down to a crawl.

Hi Rebecca,
I've increased my protein this week.  I go back to work next week from recent surgery.  I do better when I'm busy at work.   I'm hoping for a good loss for next week!

This week: 126.5

loss for this week: -1.8 lbs

I'm getting up to 800-900 cal/day since I have started working with a trainer twice/week and a pilates class once a week. My appetite has been increasing and I have been afraid that the increased calories and weight training would slow my weight loss to a halt. So far, so good. It's bound to slow down at this point.
