I get brown rice pasta too. It's very good. I have to accept the carbs if I'm going to eat it though.

it is the first time we have tried it. I know I am going to want to eat pasta with my meat sauce so I thought the brown rice pasta might not make me start a craving for more like white flour pasta does. I can tolerate brown rice ok without an issue.
the brown rice kind did not set off a craving,so that is good to know. Yep,it is hard to have to own that many carbs,lol. Maybe that will be good incentive to have even the brown rice pasta less.
I was out of Dreamfields since it doesn't cause an issue either.

Gina, that is no fun! The good thing is the recovery is really quick. I have been so busy today that this is first time to post so it will be a report versus a plan.
B - protein drink (40 g)
S - sunflower seeds (2 g)
L - protein drink (20 g)
D - shrimp with ****tail sauce (10 g)
S - piece of a protein bar at the movies (4 g)
I am too tired to eat the remaining 4 grams. 76 will have to do for today. Time for sleep!

coffee w fat free milk n espresso at hubby's home
egg whites ( a bit of yolk) wi ff white cheese , cottage cheese , fresh spinach , sauteed garlic n red peppers . Everyone loved the taste
1/2 a whole wheat bagel with fatfree promise mixedw butter buds as a spread ( really DOES taste just like butter lol ...)
then we got into fight w hubby , came home , cooked spinach pasta w shrimp large n small w broccoli , fat free pesto / creamy garlic sauce
also baked an almond /maple lowfat cake ... but only ate some this morning
popcorn w butter buds and salt
