Sorry you had a reaction to the fat. Could it have also been the mayo and possible sugar in the coleslaw? I guess I've been watching too much Cooking With Neely's and they seem to put sugar in everything.

Ok, I have to know.  How do you make the banana cream pie shake and the peanut butter banana protein shake?

Hi there...sorry for delayed response...

Banana Cream Pie Shake:

4oz greek yogurt (11.5 g & 65 cal)
1 scoop of vanilla protein (24g & 114 cal) - I use Dymatize Elite Whey...
1/2 banana sliced
1 tablespoon of SF instant cheesecake flavor pudding
2-4 oz water (depending on how thick ya like your shake)

Blend to your liking. I like to blend for a minute. Stop it...add 2 ice cubes...blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a beautiful glass (time permitted) and top with whipped cream and sprinkle cinnamon.

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

4oz greek yogurt (11.5 g & 65 cal)
1 scoop vanilla protein (24g & 114 cal)
1/2 banana sliced
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter OR Peanut Flour (Trader Joes or PB2)
2-4 oz water

Blend as above...

It tastes so damned gooooood!!!

We went to Sam's Club last night and I bought some frozen Sirloin patties.  I cooked them tonight and put some onions on them.  They were so good.  I never ate cauliflower before surgery, I don't know why not.  I love it now.

Hope you are feeling better.
