i love to dance, and I see many folks referring to the Zumba dance "game."

Any zumba'ers out there who could tell me if the $40.00 price tag for the Wii zumba is worth it, or should I skip it?  I love my Wii Fit II, and I love to dance, so maybe I can zumba my way to my surgery date instead of just tennis, kung fu, and rhythm boxing.

I do Zumba at Curves.  I have the Wii fitness and fitness plus and enjoy those when I can't get out.  Someone said the Dance party for Wii was really good to but I haven't tried either of those.

I read reviews that said Dance Party was NOT worth the money... So who knows??

I wanted a WiiFit for after surgery (and beyond) but, again, researched the different game stations and found Play Station 3 to be the best buy.  It plays High Def and Blue-ray which eliminates my need for a DVD movie player.  The less boxes & remotes the better!  The only exercise program that I found on my prelimary check of what was at Best Buy, was Zumba.  I haven't tried it yet (still have to get a dedicated flat screen for my PS3) but the literature says it has all levels and I love to dance too...especially LATIN!  whoo hooo!   There is a Get Fit with Mel B. (of Spice Girl fame) that I may invest in too.

If I had a Wii already like you do, I would buy the Zumba program... you bet!

i broke my right foot, sprained my right ankle, and sprained my left knee the week before Thanksgiving. My knee was right as rain in a couple weeks.  My foot was good by Christmas.  But my right ankle just hasn't felt stable until this week.

So now I can get back into exercise-- and we just had a brand new cork floor laid in our exercise/media room this week, so now I have NO excuse to start Wii-wii-wii-ing all the way to surgery date.

Aw geez, what a way to get out of having to cook Turkey Day Dinner!!  LOL  Glad you're healing from those brakes.  Ankles take a while!  Enjoy your new cork floor and Easy Does It!
