Protein-- amount daily? And all those shakes???
My WLSurgeon would like us to get as much as our protein from food as possible. But I don't eat enough nor do I want to eat only protein all day long. So, I drink 3-4 protein drinks a day. I had my 1 year check up and told him what I was doing and he agreed what I was doing was working for me.

Ok, can I just say that I am so bad in my protein habits. With the exception of Chobani yoguart I probably only reach 40 grams a day. I've been loosing and going on as if I don't have a protein goal because its so hard. I am rarely ever hungry and I just seems to always let my goals slip away. Right now if I could reach 70grams I'd be happy. I really hate milky drinks and protein bars are soooo filling. Dillemas dilemas but I am working on it.
