need help kicking a talls but....

so i'm 3.5 months out....lost almost 70 pounds.... but a stall is kicking my ass for almost 2 weeks.  I'm doing cardio 3 days a week and weight resistance with a trainer three days a week...with one day rest...

loaded new pics on my profile...I tried to post some current before an afters but i don't think its working lol

feel free to check out my profile...any advice how to kick this stalls ass would be appreciated...muah

Are you drinking a protein shake or eating a dense protein right before bed?  I know what we have all been taught our whole life is to not eat after such and such a time.....blah, blah, blah.......do you think your body will continue to burn fat when you sleep at night if it's STARVING.....nope it will go to your muscles and save the fat!  If you're not doing a protein source try it for a week.....it may be what your metabolism needs to get a kick start!  BTW......even if you're not losing lbs i'm willing to bet at your activity level you are building muscle and losing fat.....AND inches!  Remember Muscle weighs more than fat!!

Try to switch up your workout routine. Do cardio intervals of varying intensity. This burns more calories than the steady pace cardio. Also, try upping your calories a little, like 100 a day. I know it sounds counter productive, but it always worked for me. Do it with another protein shake or something else very healthy.
