B - 2 protein coffees (40g)
S - protein coffee (20g) and Fage yogurt w/blueberries
S - cubed ham
S - a few cinnamon roasted almonds
L - protein shake (30g)
S - a few more roasted almonds
S - protein chai tea
D - Texas Roadhouse (do you really want the details?)

Uh oh- BFF's 30th birthday. 3-4 of my special low carb bar favorite drinks will be in order (vodka and water on the rocks with a packet of crystal light).
Exercise- 45 minutes spin, 15 minutes eliptical
Calories- 1266; carbs 27g; Protein 113g; Exercise about 450 calories

lunch - pepper mill smoked turkey breast /mustard n horeradish sauce fat free of course
2 protein cofffees
Im sitting here in my lawyer suit SWEATING this bank negotiation before it begins . All i can say is thank God i called in the Federal supervisory agency ( the office of the Comptroller of Currency ... they may show up late .... but they carry a BEEG stick !
PLEASE swing a few critters for us .... boy do we need it ....the banks are getting SO shysty now that interest rates are up - they just dont want to honor their commitments !

Today the scale read 131.6....going downward again!! Guess the plan is working...lol. Okee so today I am going to up the calories a bit to avoid any stalls. Shake up things a bit.
B - egg white w/bacon. 1/4 c cottage cheese & 4oz of tomato juice before I started eating. (27g & 318 cal)
S - biscotti (3g & 150 cal)
S - protien coffee (24g & 114 cal)
L- egg white sammy @ starbucks (minus the bread...okee...I ate 1/3 of the top small side...lol) (10g & 150 cal....guestimate...)
S - Mock banana cream pie (new recipe!!! yummy) (13g & 186 cal)
D - maybe some chili
Protein: 77g w/o dinner
Calories: 918 w/o dinner
Vits: on track
Water: 32oz down
