So happy to hear you are home, Kate. Welcome to the losers' bench. In addition to sipping, resting and walking, using the spirometer (lung exerciser) throughout the day is important for re-expanding your lungs, which are essentially constricted during surgery.

I look forward to seeing your posts on your progress.
