today is my work friday...whoo hoo. So...I'm gonna work for my kibble hard today so i have a few days to rest...hahaha
How goes it on the activities today? What are your most FAVORITE home workout DVD's...or routine...??

Just got home from Curves.
When I am stuck in, I try to do the Wii Fit. I just got the Fit plus and it has lots of new features and activities. I enjoy the balance games but have been spending more time on the aroebic part.

Got up and did one of my Jillian DVDs today. DH got up, but only made it for 15 minutes lol. I don't have a gym membership, so I'm all about the DVDs. You can definitely get a great workout using your own body or with a few small accessories.

I have also started doing boxing interval workouts. These are killers. 3 minute rounds of high intensity separated by 1 minute rest*****hing, running, jumping rope, etc.
My favorite DVDs in the beginning and pre-op were the Leslie Sansone walk at home videos, they were awesome, now not enough of a workout

I wanted to have me some fitness fun today, but it didn't happen. Went in for a follow-up on my eye thingy today and they couldn't believe it.....the hole they had drilled in there 2 weeks ago had healed up. Of course it did! So, I got to have the laser hole made in my eye AGAIN. So, I sit here half blind (temporarily) from all the eye drops and stuff.
Tomorrow I will be hitting the track in the morning though!
