I tried putting the pepperoni in paper towels and putting it in the microwave.  Yumm.  Lots of flavor and all the fat melts out.

I hope you have gotten to take it easy, Roz. Nothing worse than a headache! My food plan for the day has gone awry. I was doing fine with my morning protein drink for breakfast and greek yogurt for a snack. I then let myself grow over-hungry at work, and ate a piece of turkey jerky too quickly. The result was a prolonged episode of pouch rejection. Needless to say, I ended up going home early. Not sure what to eat now that my stomach is back to normal. Probably a little tuna salad for dinner and a fudgsicle for a snack. I am been concentrating on the liquids this afternoon.

Tomorrow is another day!

I fell off the wagon today. Please don't banish me from the board.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (40g)
S - protein coffee (20g) and Fage yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 protein bars
L - protein shake (30g) and a small chili
S - popcorn
S - some fries
D - peanut butter and mayo sandwich on multi grain bread

beef  stroganoff   very low fat made  with trimmed eye round ,  garlic onion , paprika , red wine ,  butter buds  mushrooms  and fat free sour cream 

tiny little brussels sprouts  about  2/3 cup 

lunch - egg noodles  and more beef stroganoff 

made a splenda  apple streusel cake-  ate the apples  not  the cake 

protein coffee  ( 2)  with little dash of
Jeagermeister  

lemony tabouleh w  red tomatoes   1/2 cup 

dinner -  probably popcorn  lol

maybe a glass of wine
