My friend told me about the frozen precooked Mesquite smoked chicken breast at Sams. The package says they have 110 cal and 20 gr protein. I put it in my toaster oven for 20 minutes and I really liked it. I don't usually like the precooked things, but this is great to have on hand.
Have a nice day!

20 Mins walking. And big surprize shoveling snow. Thank goodness I am not doing the whole area, just the chicken coop and run and the back stairs and walkway to the truck. DH and DS do the snow-blowing as we have a 200 foot driveway.
Not going to complain about snow after seeing what the folks south of me in the US and Eastern Canada are getting. I just seem to get daily lake effect, which makes sense since I am sandwiched on a peninsula on the Great Lakes.
All vitamins done + 2 litres water.
