Welcome! So glad you found us! I occasionally read the other boards, it's extremely rare that I post anywhere but here. We are a very supportive group. I'll give you a list of a few abbreviations that I can think of off the top of my head. Never worry about asking if you ever have any other questions. Oh, and congratulations on your date! It will be here before you know it.

DH-Dear Husband (or dang husband, etc, depending on tone of post lol)
DS-Dear Son or Dear Sister
DD-Dear Daughter
Swinging Lizards/any other critter-sending prayers, good thoughts, etc.

Nope, we're nothing like the Main Board - but us LW's have to stick together because we have our own, unique issues we have to deal with, that others just don't understand....

Thank you Jody!!  Do you mind expounding upon our own unique issues?  What I see is that we have a weight problem just like everybody else does even though it's at the lower end of the BMI scale.  Doesn't make it any less of a problem!

Like everyone else, I find this board the most supportive-and the most fun
another abbreviation is NSV-non scale victory.  This is one of the best!
