Howdy Everyone! 

I'm brand new to the board, have RNY surgery scheduled for Feb. 9th, and got wound up with a lengthy drama-filled unnecessary thread on the Main Forum when dear Lucy said this forum was full of caring people and might be a better place for me to hang out.  I've been reading the various threads and although some of the foods, abbreviations and terminology is new to me, I intend to catch up as quickly as I can.  From what I've seen y'all are a nice group of gals and, like me, had that lower BMI that makes us different WLS patients in some people's eyes. (Hence the name Lightweights!)

I'm hoping to get to know all of you in the next little while and appreciate in advance all the advice, suggestions and support I have a feeling I'm going to find here.  I will do my best to give it back in return!!

In the meantime, I hear there's some swingin' goin' on and I'm off to find a lizard!  (Shouldn't be too hard here in Arizona.)  LOL
